To meet the vendor’s requirements, we structured the purchase across multiple transactions to suit his personal circumstances. The first units were acquired within 4 weeks of viewing the property, demonstrating our ability to move quickly and adapt to seller needs. Following completion, all flats were re-let at improved rental levels and the property was refinanced to strengthen long-term portfolio value.
