Vince Developments is a property development and investment company.

The core focus of the business is to purchase, renovate and sell properties that stand out amongst the crowd. We ensure all our properties utilize a creative design and are finished to a high standard, with bespoke features. This, along with expert project management, allows us to deliver our projects on time and on budget, all while maximising resale values and obtaining the best return for our investors.

In the last three years, we have bought, fully refurbished, and sold over 10 projects - all of which have exceeded our predicted sale price. In addition we have another 4 projects currently underway.

Vince Developments boasts a team of industry professional and chosen subcontractors that is overseen by our Founder, Oliver Burton.

The company was started as a result of Oliver's desire to renovate distressed properties. Oliver understands a property's true potential - on his first project alone he increased the property's value by over 50%. Needless to say, it didn't take long for him to realise his natural talents and passion for the industry.

Oliver comes from a broad background of construction experience through two previous companies. Designing/building brand activations and experiences at festivals and bespoke wardrobe installations in high-end London properties eventually led him to property.

Since its inception, he has successfully led Vince Developments in completing countless highly profitable developments. Oliver has a keen eye for sophisticated design layouts that ensure a property's maximum potential, and return on investment, is reached.
